When I got it in the mail, I started the process by creating molds of my top and bottom teeth. Everything you need to create the mold, including the catalyst paste, base paste, and trays, are inside of the package. Although creating molds of your teeth without the help of a dentist may sound a little cumbersome, the process was super easy and quick. I usually kept mine in for about 1 hour to an hour and a half since I have sensitive teeth. But you can just put them in and go on with your day.
