on

Spring is HERE and that means Spring fashion! So many new trends are popping up and I can’t help but fall in love with them. Each Spring brings new cuts and styles and I find that my Spring wardrobe pieces from the year before aren’t always perfect. Unfortunately, that means investing in new pieces and that can get pricey. Luckily, there are some great, affordable options for those killer Spring fashion pieces you’ve been dying to try. Enter Buy This, Not That Spring 2019 Edition –  you’re guide to finding those amazing pieces. Let me know what Spring pieces you’re loving this year and let me know what you think of this Buy This, Not That in the comments below!

First things first, this white denim jumpsuit is FIRE. I’m living for this look and it’s something so much more edgy than I normally where; however, I am feeling this look. Rosie the Riveter gone trendy Spring brunch time goer, you know? I’ve been seeing styles like this everywhere. According to fashion goddess Rachel Zoe, it’s one of the easiest Spring outfits for 2019. I loved this one from Orseund Iris but I refuse to pay $595 for this. Sorry Orseund Iris. This girl needs to pay rent. Instead I found this one from Boohoo for $70 and I actually got it for $35 during one of their many 50% off sales. Instead of a white belt, I paired it with a thin yellow belt for a fun pop of color (also from Boohoo) and simple heels from Forever21.

Polka dots come back in style often and they are even cuter when they are on a fun Spring color. Red is perfect for Spring and Summer so I love this red polka dot dress from Reformation. Unfortunately, $248 isn’t always the easiest price tag to stomach. Lucky, Nasty Gal has come through with a very similar red polka dot dress for a fraction of the cost.

Pastel colors are all the rage when Spring rolls around, but pieces in pastel can be a little lackluster and not edgy. Enter the leather jacket, the epitome of edgy. And in a pretty pastel blue, it gives a girly and feminine touch to a tough leather jacket look. This one from Nordstrom is amazing, but the one from Nordstrom Rack looks SO similar and is SO much more affordable. Add this leather jacket to a sundress for the perfect Spring look.

Magenta is HOT right now and it’s such a fun color to play with. I love these bellbottom pants from Alice + Olivia – they are perfect for dressing up for a night out or for work. Good ole ASOS offers a very similar pair of bellbottom pants that are just as good.
